The Greenland Community Center, located at 170 Letitia Ave., in Greenland, is perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, family reunions, wedding receptions and club meetings. The Community Center may not be used for profit events such as selling, buying, trading or other profit-making activities.

10 oblong tables (each seat 8), 10 round tables (each seat 8) and 100 chairs are onsite and available for your use. Parking is available onsite and sufficient for most gatherings.

Rental fee for use of the Community Center is $150.00. Your Community Center reservation is from 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM on the day of your reservation. This means the building must be cleaned and vacated by 10:00 PM. The City of Greenland has a noise ordinance, and you will be ticketed if music or any noise is playing after 10:00 PM. The city does NOT provide cooking utensils, dishes, pitchers, or cleaning rags.

Youth groups using the building must have at least one responsible adult over the age of 21.

There is no charge for use of the pavilion at Taylor Park. Reservations are not accepted, and use of the pavilion is first come, first serve.
